The Lighthouse Library addresses critical topics like mental health, physical fitness, financial stability, self assessments, therapist finder, training & events, and much more. The supporting functionality and materials ensure agencies are well equipped to launch their app and get important resources to their team. When it comes to something as critically important as mental health, profits shouldn’t be the highest priority. Our public safety officials deserve streamlined access to these essential and potentially life-saving tools, so we’re proud to be able to provide Lighthouse Core at no cost to our nation’s first responders and those that support them.

Our Virtual Engagement Plan ensures that you have hands-on and proactive support post launch. We know that things get busy quickly in the public safety world and that even the best-intentioned plans can get put on the back burner. Our Virtual Engagement Plan matches each agency with a dedicated wellness advocate that will work with the agency to utilize the application to its fullest potential. We will initiate proactive communication to learn the nuances of your agency and the challenges that it faces and work to become a true partner in your organization’s long-term wellness.

Our Enhanced, On-Site Plan provides heightened support and additional programming opportunities. Like our Enhanced Engagement Plan, your organization will be assigned a Wellness Advocate to help tailor resources and opportunities to your specific goals and priorities. This plan also includes an annual onsite visit by a Lighthouse team member, to provide in-person resources and support. The first visit helps kick off the launch of your agency’s app, share the Lighthouse mission, and explain the various resources available to your organization. In years 2+ at this plan level, we continue to make onsite visits to ensure consistent messaging and to relay new programs, features and initiatives to your front-line personnel.
