TERMS OF SERVICE Lighthouse Health & Wellness, PBC Effective Date: March 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Lighthouse Health & Wellness platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. About Lighthouse Health & Wellness
Lighthouse Health & Wellness, PBC is a public benefit corporation that provides wellness infrastructure, resources, and tools for public safety agencies and their personnel, including law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, and dispatch professionals. The Service includes web-based and mobile platforms, wellness content libraries, program management tools, and related services made available to subscribing agencies and their members.
3. Accounts and Access
Agency administrators are issued accounts to manage their organization’s deployment of the Service. Individual users may access the Service through their affiliated agency. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at support@lighthousehw.org of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use supporting public safety health and wellness. You agree not to:
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, applications, and devices (including wearable health technology). Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy. Lighthouse Health & Wellness is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. By connecting a third-party service, you authorize the exchange of data between that service and the Lighthouse platform consistent with your account settings and our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, and materials comprising the Service are the property of Lighthouse Health & Wellness, PBC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Service content or components. Agencies retain ownership of content they create or upload through the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided for general wellness informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Service should be treated as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or clinical guidance. Lighthouse Health & Wellness makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content within the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lighthouse Health & Wellness, PBC, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by your agency in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lighthouse Health & Wellness, PBC and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
11. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the Service at any time. We will post updated Terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify agency administrators directly.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice to an agency administrator. Agencies may terminate their use of the Service in accordance with their agreement with Lighthouse Health & Wellness.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in California.
